I had the ford service department replace my brakes this last summer (rear)and fall(front). After replacing them I had a gradual development of vibration when slowing down. I brought it back to them to check because of their websites declaration of brake warranty. They have since added $2600 dollars worth of needed repairs, basically saying all brake components need to now be replaced. They also in my conversations said they would warranty the parts they installed and then backpedaled and declined to warranty anything. I regret having them service the truck at all now. Edit: They came back and agreed to warranty the parts that failed. I'm only paying for replacement of the rear rotors. I have adjusted my star rating for that purpose.

Sales, finance, customer service top notch!! Our salesman Edgar was amazing!! Took his time to show us everything about the truck and features! Finance manager Alex made the paperwork easy and was all prepared! Less than 15 min with everything!! Will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases!!

Connor was great, didn't try to push or talk up a deal. Just let me ask my questions, brought around the vehicles I wanted to see, and gave the exact insight I needed to pick the vehicle I needed. Jamie in financing made the process simple, quick, and without a bunch of unnecessary hassling. She explained every detail of the coverages and packages I was purchasing as well as making sure I completely understood them. From start to finish, the entire process was fast, simple, and the easiest experience I've ever had getting a vehicle.
