They used to be really good. Now, very rude and zero customer service. Treated me horribly when I first went in. Later, after actually seeing the problem, they admitted they thought I was crazy and that just was just how they had treated me…even though I was right. The spots reemerged. I took it in and totally rude. They must jot have wanted me for a customer and I am more than happy to accommodate them.
Vietti Auto Body is top notch. Kayla, Jim and the staff all had great communication and customer service. My son's truck was totaled in an accident which was hard to navigate for us, having a college student that was living out of town. Vietti was great to work with through the whole process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reasonable, and responsive. I am not usually one to write reviews, but Vietti truly deserves good feedback. I trust Vietti and would highly recommend working with them.
While visiting Franklin on my way to Texas from Canada I had the misfortune of having someone smash into the back of my Dodge Journey causing quite a bit of damage. Friends in Pittsburg recommended Vietti Auto Body. I am more than pleased with the prompt courteous and professional work that they provided. My vehicle looks like it just came out of the showroom. It’s a 2017 and I assumed that they would have a difficult time matching the paint color but it is perfect. The vehicle was also ready exactly when promised. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Have had nothing but good experiences with them. I have had them do several cars. They fixed my charger after hitting a deer recently and it looks amazing. Great work. They are always willing to look at things after work is done if you have concerns. Wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else for body work.
Vietti Auto Body Shop was very professional. They explained the process of repairing my vehicle, and completed it in a timely manner. Very happy with the repair!

Could work on customer service and being available a little more. Instead of doing a little research on what color was going to be on a project basically told me to go find the person that they talked to and for me to figure it out. It's not my job to figure it out. It's their job to inform me of the research they've done and who they've talked to or to call that person back. After telling me to go find the person because they didn't have their number I thankfully got called back to tell me that person was on vacation even though I'd already started looking for them in a general area. Vietti had told me they didn't have time for a quick Google search on something. That's hard to believe. Again it goes back to customer service. Maybe someone else in the shop can do a quick Google search on what I was asking about. That's delegation.
Amazing service and personable care. I had every service fully explained before and after pick up. Serviced my vehicle quickly so I could get back on the road. Great work!
