My family and I were driving from the Western Slope of Colorado to Illinois for Christmas and encountered issues with a wheel bearing when driving through Oakley. It was Saturday, the day before Christmas Eve, and Michael went above and beyond, including driving an hour round trip to Colby to purchase the part he needed from a mechanic since it was sold out at nearby auto shops, and had us back on the road and home in time to celebrate Christmas.
