Would give 5 star but seeing as they don't have Google pay being a national chain
TRAVIS in auto department always makes sure Im taken care of! Very good customer service on his part.
We're able to get us back on the road at closing time.
Why even allow people to make appointments, when you don't honor them?
The worst service ever!!! I dropped my car off early, I had an appointment at 10:am for two new tires and an oil change. When dropping it off I asked Mike, the manager to be sure and let them know, to not roll down the drivers side window. I had placed a block underneath the the electric button for security. Went for breakfast and came back about 10:45. I look out the window in the waiting area and low and behold the window is half way down. So I said to Mike at checkout, the window is half way down and he immediately said the mechanic said it was like that when he got into the car to bring it inside. I said no, it wasn’t so we are arguing back and forth, well my mechanic said he didn’t touch it. I go get in my car, and guess what, the block was out and loose int the handle cup. I won’t ever go to another Walmart on this earth and to be argued with and treated that way after spending more than 250.00! Sorry but your employee isn’t a very honest person. And Mike you are worthless to Walmart as a manager.
