Took awhile to find it. When got there the service was excellent. The only down fall really need AC in waiting room. The owner wife was nice she gave us water. Like I said the service was super. I gave it 5 stars it is a diamond in the rough. Great job.

We got a flat on our way from Colorado to Missouri and the closest town was Hays and was still 45 miles away. Auto & Tire Master was the only place open and so we called to see if they had my specific tire in stock since it’s not a standard tire. They had to go to their storage unit to find one and just so happened to have a used one that they gave us a really good deal on. They got us right in and taken care of, so we could get back on the road. So grateful they were open and willing to help us!

We had broken down in Ellis and called this shop, Jesus was very helpful over the phone and told us to come on in. Within 5 minute of being there he has visually found the issue and showed it to us which was very refreshing. After making the repair to the wheels valve stem he tested the issue again to make sure it was fixed and then sent us on our way within 30 minutes. Very nice gentleman and he priced the job very fairly. I recommend this shop to anyone period.

On August 5th around 4pm our alternator died on our 2012 SUV, we were on our way from Colorado to NW Ohio. We knew that being a Saturday we would probably end up being stranded in Hays, Kansas over the weekend, you know not many auto mechanics work Saturday afternoon/evenings. AAA said that they had shops with 24/7 mechanics on duty, but when we contacted the shops recommended, we were told no one would be available till Monday. Thanks to family and friends back home, the search for someone to help us continued for a few hours. We were referred to Auto & Tire Master and met Jesus Madrigal. Jesus was our answer to prayers, you know the one in a million person who could solve our problem. He informed us that he could replace our dead alternator and have us on our way home Sunday. Little did we know that his dedication included working till 1AM Sunday morning to fulfill his promise to us. Not only did he repair our vehicle. He also transported us to the Hotel and brought the SUV to us on Sunday morning. The dedication this mechanic showed us was fantastic. He is a God send. IF you ever need a mechanic in the Hays, KS area call Jesus, I promise you will not regret it.

My wheelchair accessible van’s AC started going out on our way to Colorado. We called Auto and Tire Master at a rest stop, as we would be passing through Hays, and Jesus was very helpful and friendly, assuring us he could look at the issue and fix it. His helpfulness only continued when we arrived! He moved a parked boat out of the way so I could access the ramp to the lobby, and walked us through what needed to be fixed. Additionally, he charged us an incredibly fair price. But his helpfulness didn’t end here! Fast forward 4 hours, when my family and I finally arrived at our hotel. After talking to my dad on the phone, my mom accidentally called Auto and Tire Master again, and then after realizing she’d hit that number, hung up. But Jesus called us back right away, saying he wanted to make sure everything was okay and that we’d gotten to our hotel! We were so impressed with his service, helpfulness, and professionalism. We would recommend this auto repair shop to absolutely anyone. Thank you, Jesus!!

The reason i did not use this buisness is because i called before going and asked if they had my size tire, gave them the size they told me yes, so when i do get there they tell me i have to wait about 30 to 40 min to change tire i said ok ill wait, time goes by and they tell me they dont have my tire size used as i asked, i waited all this time for nothing wasted my time when i could have went else where.

We broke down on Saturday night near Wilson and got a tow to Hays at 9:30 PM. The fuel pump was out. By the time we got to town a fuel pump had been ordered to be picked up the next morning. The staff here worked really hard on a Sunday morning to get the fuel pump replaced. I just hung out at the shop since we were on a road trip but my wife walked around downtown. Now we’re back on the road that same day. Excellent and fairly priced service! A+

About the only tire shop open late.. they were working on other cars when I needed help and they were nice enough to help me patch a tire.. thank you so much!
