Excellent customer service. The after hours, on call service was very helpful on a holiday to help get us back on the road. Very thankful for their kindness.
The guys at this shop are honest and easy to work with. When another local shop left me on the side of the road for 4 hours these guys quickly picked up my Freightliner bus and towed me to their shop. They did everything in their power to help get me on the road before the holiday weekend, I would come back in a heartbeat.
I was stuck out in the middle of nowhere on a county road. My mechanic called them and William came to pick up my car, me and my dog! Needed a ride and a tow 2 hours back to Wichita. Really appreciated the kindness! Thanks so much for helping a gal out!

We had to tow a motorhome 288 miles to Topeka. Jacob was a true professional. They were a little late on the expected time but let us know when we called.
Told me they would get a truck out to me, but never said how long. After 1 call back at the hour-mark, and another 45 mins, i called another company and got it towed in 15 mins
Jacob skillful and carefully maneuvered our travel trailer on and off the tow truck taking great care not to cause any additional damage and got us safely to our repair destination. Thank you : )

Don’t use this towing company unless you want to be left stranded on the side of the road and left hanging for hours. Our vehicle broke down about 30 miles outside of Hays, KS where this company is at. We called at 1 pm, and the guy said he was headed our way. 3 hours later and still nobody showed up. We tried calling back numerous times and there was no answer. It went to his voicemail a number of times, which was full, so we couldn’t leave a message. Disappointing of a towing company to say the least. Would definitely recommend Ellsworth Service Center Towing & Recovery instead. They picked us up within 20 minutes of us contacting them.
