Recently my car broke down and Main Street Towing was recommended to me by another auto shop. They were super friendly and helpful from the time I called until pick up. I was quoted an approximate time for pick up would be a couple of hours and he asked if that was okay. Luckily I was safe at home so that was fine. I was also quoted the cost involved which was also quite reasonable. Approximately ten minutes before arrival, the driver also called to inform me he was on his way. He was even helpful enough to inform me that my insurance would cover the cost of the tow as long as I had roadside assistance through my company. He was able to tow the vehicle to the auto shop I requested. I am very pleased with the customer service from start to finish. Thank you for making this inconvenient day go a bit more smoothly.
