I brought my car in for service and diagnosis of a coolant leak. It took until the next business day to get any information, and a third business day to get a list of what needed repaired. They recommended I replace the engine for $11,000. I am still driving this truck. No problem with a small coolant leak.

If I could give Becker 10 stars I would. During a road trip in my vintage VW van, I found myself in the difficult but not unexpected position of having a mechanical failure that was beyond what I could fix roadside. After calling 15 shops and being turned down at all of them, Becker told me to come on in. After a short wait, they drove the van right in and got to work. Where other shops gave me runarounds and excuses about not wanting to work on a vehicle outside their comfort zone, Becker simply did the work. They had me all set in a little over an hour, and I can’t recommend this shop enough.

Friendly, courteous and fair.

I took my truck to Becker about a month ago for a ton of electrical and wiring problems. I’ve always been hesitant to use shops for anything as I can fix, repair, upgrade a majority of things myself, however I am no electrician and this truck had issues that went way past my basic electrical abilities. I had multiple shops in Wichita quote me outrageous prices or flat out refuse to work on my truck as it is modified and a lot of the wiring had been terribly maintained/ put together it was a nightmare trying to find all the gremlins. The people at Becker took on my nightmare and I told them to take their time and do the best they can as I drive this truck all over the country towing with it. It took about two weeks but they did a fantastic job! All the gremlins that were causing me issues were gone and they got everything I asked for done, they had a huge amount of hours in the truck and ended up charging me what they thought was fair and kept me informed every step of the way I was extremely happy with the price, honesty and quality of work. I would highly recommend Becker to anyone who is sick of dealing with shady mechanic shops they are fantastic!
