First of all, everyone you talk to is very friendly and you can tell that each person is willing to help and do their best. Secondly, my car has a unique paint color (in certain light it looks blue, other light it is green). They replaced my driver side door, and matched the color perfectly. Top notch work! I had a slight issue where a sensor on my car thought that the car door was open and the transmission threw an error that the transmission was not in park while I was driving. They brought it to Ford at their expense, Ford reprogrammed the transmission and fixed the issue....again not at my expense like anyone else would have done.....
