Quick and on time!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Maaco is the shadiest business I have ever come across in my life. I can’t stress this enough…DO NOT take your vehicle there!! My story: The “estimator” & I discussed everything I wanted done. The price turned out to be $9300. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a substantial amount of the work was not done. They charged me an additional amount bringing the total to $10,000. (Keep in mind, I’d already paid for this work as part of the $9,300). So when I go to pick up for the 2nd time, there was still $2,500 worth of work. The GM said that it wasnt in the quote. I showed him the texts between the guy in the shop that showed what I wanted and the guy saying he had put it into the quote. The “estimator” will straight up lie to your face. I even had a phone call recording where the shop guy said “yes I talked to the estimator and I put it in the quote”. None of that mattered to the GM. They even have cameras there. I suggested he watch the footage to see that his “estimator” was lying but he refused. My truck was in there from September all the way through mid December. I had to go there 8-9 times because no one in the shop communicates. The whole process was a nightmare & taking my truck to them was the most costly bad decision I have ever made in my life. DONT DO IT!!! I took them to court but sadly lost because they made me sign some paper saying everything was good BEFORE they had completed all the work.

I called them after a wreck, asking if I could bring in my own Amazon parts to have them put them on and they said it was OK. After I got there, the guy behind the desk was angry that I brought my own parts and I explained to him that I called and someone said it was OK that I do that. After that, he said he would get back to me in about a week and a half to two weeks with a price estimate on what the repair would be two weeks ago by and I get no phone calls so I called them and they said they haven’t looked at it yet and they’re waiting on another customer to get done so he lied to me in the first place, and then he said it would probably be another week before I get an answer. I called back after a week and he said they just got it on the machine and gonna give me a call back in a few days. then I finally get a price estimate and they call back and say it would be about couple weeks before I get it all repaired and then about two months later it’s done. So they take 2 to 3 months to repair and an estimate and lie about the time estimates. You can go there, but don’t expect their estimates on time to be accurate give or take a couple of months

Great service, great pricing, friendly atmosphere

Had a very good experience with Maaco. They did exactly as they said they would. The finished paint job looks good. They cut out rust on my 2013 Silverado rear fenders and it looks brand new. The manager was all business but polite and professional. Would recommend all you Silverado owners that have rust, all the '13s do, to take it to Maaco before you go anywhere else.

I brought my 1995 Jeep Wrangler in and these guys did a great job. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did a great job on the color change (from White to Bikini Pearl). Brian (the manger) did a fantastic job keeping me updated and providing me with a realistic timeframe plus laying everything out upfront on what the scope of work would be and the costs. Would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate on going back to them in the future.

Really read the reviews. I wish I did before I brought my car in. THE WORST PAINT JOB EVER. The paint does not match at all. my car looks worse than it was before. They did not replace the bumper as it was supposed to be replaced and I think they used the old bumper to repair my vehicle. Please avoid this company. Trust me you will regret it.

HORRIBLE job. My door color doesn’t even match the rest of my car. They even denied to fix it!
