J Rod and his son literally saved our trip by immediately diagnosing and then quickly repairing both our headlights! He got us in first thing and had us out of the shop and on our way in no time. We are very satisfied with the service we received!

Two hours into a ten hour Christmas road trip to see family on December 23rd, we lost the alternator in our Honda Odyssey. We limped into Goodland at 4 MPH. A friend had located J Rod before we got there, so we had called ahead. They were actually on the way out for the weekend when we contacted them, but they stayed and had the alternator in the shop when we got there. They got right on it. We waited in the shop while the work was done, but the offered us use of a truck to go get lunch! As much as a breakdown like this can be positive, the J Rod folks were wonderful. We were safe, warm and in good hands and never felt otherwise.

We were on our way home from Colorado when our car broke down in Goodland. I found J Rods shop on Google and had the vehicle towed there. Jarod got my car in right away and diagnosed the problem. He was upfront and honest about not being familiar with the dual clutch transmission on my car and recommended I get to a dealership. I feel like a lot of other shops would have taken advantage of the situation we were in being 7 hours from home and would have started tearing apart the vehicle and ordering parts at my expense. Jarod was super friendly and professional, took the time to explain things to me, and even gave me a ride to a local hotel.
