One time this cool guy named Shane let me barrow his lambo right after he saved my newborn child's rabbis life as he was conducting my newborns barmitzvah. This really put an impact on my life, because I've never drove a lambo before.

Made an appointment to get an estimate on repairs needed to submit to our warranty company. When vehicle was done we never received a call stating it was ready to be picked up. After we got approval for repairs from warranty company. I called and set up an appointment. Appointment was a week out. Appointment was set on 8/16/22. We dropped vehicle off on 8/15/22. Repairs weren't started until 8/17/22. I called today, 8/19/22 to check on status. I was informed it was pushed back because of them waiting on parts. We never received a call about this issue. Why was the parts not ordered when appointment was set. According to Justin they were waiting on approval. A business needs to communicate with customers. They have failed big time. I will not be back after this done.

We are looking for new team members as we speak not because our guys are not wonderful but because we are short staffed. Everyone at Knuckles is pulling double duty and one of our owners has a yearly military obligation. Mr. Smith was away at Annual Training during this time. Matthew Smith usually jumps in on the work load when he is available, his absence increases slow downs. If you do give us another shot at working on your vehicle please know we would certainly appreciate your business. Knuckles cannot hire just anyone so while candidates have applied they have not met qualifications we need. This is vastly important because our community's reliance on our work means each customer drives away safe. Please understand that our services are still in high demand, we are short staffed, and supply chains are still catching up to demand. Nonetheless, we value your feedback, it highlights where we need to improve.
I went in there and Shane gave me like 20,000 dollars because i need to pay for my best friends wife to get her sisters moms best friends daughters sister in laws mom a free pair of shoes and I was really grateful. Man’s is a legend

An older widow from church took her vehicle there. It was running and driving when she dropped it off. They accidentally blew up her engine. They refused to release the vehicle back to her without her paying over a thousand dollars for her vehicle. They even admitted that yes they blew up the engine, but she still has to pay for her vehicle. It was in worse shape when they were done with it. They are not family friendly, they are not your neighbors. They have proven to take advantage of people, especially women. Be warned that this shop is quite shady and greedy and is not a serious automotive repair business. Even though I was not there to witness any of this first hand, my adult son was. The customer had asked him to be there as an advocate for her. He was told by the business that he was not allowed to talk or be part of the conversation and they were very frustrated that he was even there in the first place. He was disappointed that this business would act in such a way to their customers. Even though the owner may be a wonderful woman of faith, sadly enough the other employees did not act in such a way. Hopefully this business will do better toward their customers going forward.

Here, I can see another woman of great faith reaching out to our current customers and future customers describing what she believes as she understands it as a great injustice. As a woman, I salute your defense of your friend. As a woman and a widow myself, as my dear husband passed--the man who started Knuckles with me a few years after opening, I must say your review is unwarranted. For twenty years before I owned the Shop, I championed those who found themselves under privileged and down on their luck as a social work assistant helping women, men, and children launch new lives and seeing them find better resources and relief as they built those lives. Upholding families and their concerns is and will continue to be a core value held by my family and by our team. We would never take advantage of a customer. Our honor as individuals and as a company is a virtue that we hold dear. With a great deal of pride, I can tell you we have existing customers that have been with us for many years. They come back again and again because we are reputable and above board. They come back because they trust us and they trust our team. We intend sincerity and guilelessness because that is what is right--definitely for women---but for all of our customers. While doctors fix hearts only to lose the patient, sometimes while fixing one problem, a motor can go out. It is rare and it is definitely a loss for our customers, but it is the nature of our business. Our team puts in great effort to prevent this sort of defeat, but that does not negate the fact that billing for a team member's time is a necessary. Again, we understand that you may be aiming to safeguard a friend. Nonetheless, we hope you find solace in the fact that we feel saddened when someone loses a motor or a vehicle, but we hope you understand we do all we can to prevent such events. Knuckles did the service on my Honda. They were friendly and professional. For replacement parts I received actual pictures of what needed replaced. Price was also outstanding. Thank you for a great job and explanation of the work done. Kim E
