The guys here are truly amazing. I won't take my car anywhere else in Fort Scott. They towed me back to town with their partner service and made sure my vehicle was safe for my family to ride in. I bought a car off Facebook and two days later broke down while I was 9 months pregnant. Leroy did a full inspection and I'm so thankful because there were serious safety issues with it. They were understanding and very fair with their prices. You can't find a better choice for mechanics!

We were traveling in Kansas to visit relatives and went to Fort Scott to sight see, Range Rover had some issues, and I only say the type of vehicle because we figured we would have to have it towed to KC! Leroy at Carhelp was able to get us up and running in 2 days!!! So thankful for his help! We made it back to SC and have not had any issues with it since

We rented a U-Haul in KC to move my FIL to Ft. Scott and we locked the keys in the van after we unloaded it. We couldn't get a hold of the U-Haul store in KC so we called the Ft. Scott U-Haul store and they helped us out. Leroy came and got it unlocked for us in a jiffy. They were great to work with!

This business is also the UHAUL concession here in town. A friend, whose husband is deployed, needed a large UHAUL truck to do a local move. As the designated "driver" I went over CarHelp to help pick up the truck. The rental was scheduled for a 4:30 pm pickup, but due to other car issues she was very late. Having been there earlier in the day I knew how busy he was but he stayed well beyond normal closing time to get it right. Then, after all that, he even swapped out trucks at the last minute with kindness and courtesy. He went far beyond the norm to make things right and puts his whole heart into his business. Saw him at work teaching his young mechanic the ropes and even asking him at the end of the day if he needed help. That's a good BOSS!
