I brought my car here because my steering wheel wouldn’t turn. They decided it was due to my alternator and it was going to cost around $1000 to fix. I decided to take it docs garage to have it replaced because I heard they were much cheaper. Docs discovered that my alternator was completely fine and its actually my steering column that needs replaced. Not sure if they’re just really busy or if it’s incompetence/laziness buts It’s annoying that I paid $135 for an incorrect diagnosis that almost cost me $1000.
