Chris is amazing, really knows his stuff. He didn't charge me until he made the repair. Test drove my car to make sure that what he did worked and that my car was in working order.
We had a problem with low gas mileage and engine only stated emission issue. Took it to Doc's and glad I did. He fitted me in to check it out and fixed a purge valve in a few hours without charging an arm and a leg. We will go back again. I recommend them.
Winters automotive said I needed my alternator replaced and it was going to cost around a thousand dollars. I took it to docs to ask if they could replace it because I heard they were cheaper. After docs inspected it they told me that the issue I was having was not due to my alternator. Apparently it was just fine. They had it for a little while trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I ended up having to take it to the dealership because they were not equipped to run the the test to verify what he believed was wrong with it (the dealership confirmed what he had suspected). Docs went above and beyond and saved me from wasting a thousand dollars. They were patient, responsive, and straight forward. They will definitely be my goto mechanic if I am in Gardner. I can’t thank you guys enough!
