Be cautious dealing with Mr. Contreras! What he advertised “runs great” “ drives great” versus what he sold was not right. I now own equipment that doesn’t work. His reply when questioned “it has to be revved up”, “I use a bungee cord on the accelerator”. “Good battery” - only if you keep it on a charger! “Hydraulic fluid doesn’t flow”. None of this was disclosed!! Terrible experience!!

I got spark plugs and wires put on by Rey this morning. He was so polite and friendly and did a wonderful job at a great price. I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done. I will forever use Rey for all my mechanic work!

Lug nuts were missing off our tire and the wheel almost fell off while we were driving home from spending Christmas with family in another state. Rey was a very nice man who had our Jeep ready in less than an hour. Thank you!!

Update - Rey told me I did not need to take the broken part with me to get a refund from the seller. The part had a two year warranty and failed within that time. When I got home I was told that I needed the part to get the refund. I called Rey to inform him that the part is needed and he told me he would not have said that to me. So he essentially called me a liar and he thought my home mechanic should give me the money. (Not my mechanics responsibility to fix his mistake). Terrible response from him and apparently not trustworthy. Traveling through and needed a part replaced on my truck. Left a message and was called back promptly. The repair was done quickly and service was great.

In and Out is owned and operated by possibly one or the best mechanics in the county. Rey was a police officer for the township of Marquette, at that time he served the city and its people honorably. Rey is very outgoing and honest in regards to pricing his work reasonably. He continues to go one step further for example getting an emergency break pad change and he even grinded off the rust on the rotor. I highly recommend him for service of all types, it’s rare to find mechanics like him in town!!

This place really does get your vehicles in and out for a great price! Would definitely recommend! Owner uses identifix and is glad to show you the amount of time it takes to fix everything. This facebook page shows everything he does so you know you aren't getting ripped off.
