We had an iluminated engine light icon, and referred to this shop. Mark did the original diag and due to the time constraint, kindly explained we would need to go to Cummins to get the repair done . He got us the nearest facility & address, the info needed for repair....thank you for helping us in a pinch....
DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. my truck broke down 20 mikes from Frontenac KS, and after towing me , they kept me waiting in their yard for 2 days, waiting for the part to come, which is understandable. The problem was that they misdiagnosed the truck and after waiting a whole second day at the shop for the part, they "repaired " the truck with the wrong part for 1 hour and charged me $1200. After driving the truck 100 miles , the truck broke down for the same thing and had to look for tow and spent more money for the real issue. They're scams, and they actually don't know what they're doing . The state of Kansas should definitely check if those mechanics are certified to diagnose the vehicles, leave alone repairing. They should just stick to Towing only. Seems like it's the only thing they're good at. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
