Could not recommend more! They are very willing to work in your budget and send out coupons often. Our family would not trust our vehicles with any other shop. They put our safety first.

Brandon was really nice to my friend on the phone, if I could give 10 stars I would but I can only give 5 stars and he definitely deserves it!

Brandon and the team were great about squeezing me in to have a flat tire repaired during an emergency situation this past Friday. Brandon really seemed to personally care about getting me back on the road with the best tire for the lowest price. Thank you so much, and I'll continue to use O'Bryan Auto Repair whenever I am in the area.

My daughter just took her car in to have them look at battery and they helped her out without any problem. It makes me feel good that she, as a college kid , can go and get help with her car. I will trust O'Bryan for her car needs while she is down there. Thank you!

Scammers. Don't trust them. They will rip you off. This is my second post since they had my first one taken down. I have a picture of the quote they gave me and would not honor. They have low character and no ethics. Don't be fooled by their smiles. They put my personal information on the web. The owner was passive aggressive and tried to placate us with coupons. I highly recommend that you get your mechanic work done somewhere else.

We are sorry you feel this way Mr. and Mrs Megan Brown, though as we repeatedly explained to you that we could not install your part as we showed it would not repair your issue. We clearly pointed out the TSB from Dodge that specifically states the use of aftermarket EGR components have a high failure rate. We only perform the highest quality repairs using OEM Parts and we cover them for 3 years parts and labor Mr. and Mrs Megan Brown so we just do not install cheap components. We always try to give a 5 star experience and it is obvious that did not happen with you on your 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with over 132,000 miles. We would love to try to come to a solution to solve your issues and we ask you call me, I am the owner at 620-670-8051 Sean

Updated: 2/23/24 see below I would have put 0 stars if I could have. This place is definitely a dirty scam. I've never heard of two sets of brake pads costing $761. Or a pair of rotors for $615. 2 wheel bearings @280$. 2 wheel seals for $447. 1 Brake caliper for $217. They must be ordering it all from China and having it shipped around the world 5 times before it was done. You will spend more than your vehicle is worth. Don't go here. They sell ice to Eskimos. And, whenever they told me after I paid 200 for an inspection and refused, they told me it was all buttoned up and ready to go, it took another hour and a half before my tires were back on and I could actually go. Shiesty please go somewhere else. No help at all. A waist of time. After seeing this, I had to update this post to tell you his lies. I was only offered compensation if I would remove this post and others. The RV I was traveling in, is not even worth $4,000. There was no reasoning with this man. He is a shiesty businessman who is only concerned about his pocketbook. It's probably why the other location in Parsons had to close and they fired everybody. And as far as a thorough brake inspection, they never even looked at the front brakes. Tires never came off. I don't know how you call that thorough?

Dear Future Customers, We regret to inform you that we were unable to assist Jeremy with his concerns. Despite conducting a thorough brake inspection, Jeremy's dissatisfaction stemmed from an inability to secure financing, a matter beyond our control. To provide context, we personally reached out to Jeremy to explore options for his camper. Instead of engaging in a constructive dialogue, Jeremy resorted to extortion. He explicitly stated that he would retract his negative review if we refunded the inspection fee and completed the repairs free of charge. In refusing to yield to such unethical demands, we stand firm in our commitment to integrity and fairness. It is imperative for us to uphold our principles, even in the face of unjust pressures. We firmly believe that customers who resort to coercion do not align with our values of honesty and mutual respect. We share this incident with you to underscore our unwavering dedication to transparency and ethical conduct. We value your trust and assure you that we remain steadfast in our resolve to serve you with the utmost professionalism and integrity. -Sean O'Bryan

Called to get a rough estimate on a head change for mo 01 GMC Duramax truck , couldn't and wouldn't give me a ballpark rough estimate on cost of repair , lady talked to the manager and come back with the excuse we can't do that and we are too busy to even look at it .so I ask for what the shop rate per hour was and she was even reluctant to even give that information out . All seemed kinda Fishy too me I received a call on a Saturday from Shawn to explain why they don't do estimates. After a long conversation he did refer me to a place that are suppose to be experts on Duramax trucks.

David, I’m sorry for your recent experience. We currently do not do any internal engine components like head gaskets is what should have been relayed to you. We have a very small facility, and there are just some jobs that we either can outsource, and there are some that we just do not do especially if we currently don’t have a technician that is experienced in a certain system. I would highly recommend instead of calling around trying to see what it’s going to cost take it to a reputable shop and have them do the testing to verify exactly what is going on with it and if it is indeed head gaskets, then they can provide a quote from there. What you will find if you’re calling around getting prices is a whole bunch of shops, saying yes, they can do it and here’s how much it’ll roughly be. And then you get into it tore down and it needs a whole bunch of other stuff and your price keeps going up. When it does come to Internal engine that is not something we do and I can give you a couple recommendations if you would like of people that do?
