Another mechanic in town kept my car for a week, never called me back, then said he couldn't fix it on day 8 after I said I had to tow it elsewhere, then charged me a diagnostic fee he never told me about and had to pay before he'd give me my keys. Then I had my car towed to Fowlers and they had it fixed by the next day. Josh was polite and explained the repair and I am completely satisfied. Excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity. Will never take my cars anywhere else as long as Fowlers is around. Highly recommended.

This auto repair shop offers great service for a very fair price. The main mechanic is very thorough and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is well taken care of. They are also good about answering the phone, which is a rarity in their trade nowadays. They are fairly new in town and have had to take on a lot of unexpected customers due to the closing of a long time shop, but they are navigating the challenges bravely, and I have no doubt they will soon be a mainstay in our town.
The service was top-notch. The mechanics are awesome! This is a wonderful shop and I will be using them for all my vehicles.

He's my goto for anything automotive and has been for years. He has lots of knowledge and I know I've given him some challenges and he was successful at diagnosing and helping with the repairs. He's efficient and does quality work. Highly recommend
