My car lost a belt on the road I happened to have a new OEM belt from the manufacturer but these people had the gall to tell me that they can't install my belt they had to use their own part, which nobody locally had so I'd have to literally go without a car for a couple days if not more while they ordered one. What kinda of back water extortion is this?
