Every time I go to scotts I'm very pleased with the work I have to my vehicle. I take all of my vehicles there.
Gone here twice for issues with 2 different cars. Scott and his crew were amazing both times. Not only do they do efficient, high quality work, I have never experienced a shop as thoroughly communicative as this one. For both issues, they called me to talk me through what was going on and helped me understand the possible outcomes. They were clearly interested in my well being as a customer, and not about driving up the price point or making a quick buck. They set the standard for what a repair shop should look like. High recommendations to Scott and his crew!
I love Scott's. He's the best man for the job you need done. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get all you need. He's the nicest man I've ever met. Wouldn't do anything with my truck w/o his ok. He gets real busy but he'll do the job, do it right and quickly as possible. If you have to wait a bit, get over it. You won't get better service anywhere. My word on that.
