The car buying experience was simple and easy, also great customer satisfaction with service.
The guys here were awesome. My wife and I got a pre-approval from the bank, then I called Benjie's, They had exactly what I wanted and from start to getting the vehicle home they all did a wonderful job in helping us get our new truck
Horrible business. After receiving automated texts saying a vehicle wad available we called in the morning to see if an automobile was actually still available and Made an appt to come look at it. 5 hours later we get a call saying it was actually sold before he got in for the day. Maybe next time find this information out before people lose money from leaving work early and asking not to be scheduled so they can go look at it. False advertising and horrible business practice. We will never attemp again. Very low class.

May 24, 2023Hello G D, we're very sorry you took time off to come look at the vehicle and it was unavailable. The vehicle was sold over the weekend and we did not have a chance to take it off of the website and the salesman was unaware because it had not been picked up. I'm glad he was able to make contact before you traveled all this way. It was not our intention to waste your time and it was a miscommunication on our end not letting the salesman know it was unavailable.
I Love my truck! They always help me any issues I have! Family owned is definitely the way to go!
