Paolo thank you for reaching out to me. The previous review was meant for a Los Angeles establishment, not for you guys. My experience with AZ mobile RV repair was wonderful. Thank you

Thanks for updating the description-- we appreciate it! If you could also revise your 2 star review to a 5 (if you were happy with our service) it would be much appreciated, as a 2 star does bring our rating down- especially if it wasn't meant for us. Thanks again!

I travel full time in my RV and have had excellent repair, some good and a few not so good. I would not recommend A-Z Mobile RV Repair in Paola,KS. These are the facts.... On 10/01/2023 Called with power problems, on my 2014 Winnabago, fault on battery Unable to run air conditioner, electric burn oder I explained I was leaving that afternoon for a two week European trip. I left my keys & cc for payment with the management of RV park they are family. ***My daughter called twice this week and management from walnut Grove also called to find out when they planned to fix my unit. October 11, 10 days since I called them. 10/ 11 I called (from England) to find out about what the diagnosis, Inverter "burned up" Ordered new one and wired around so all power was restored. 10/13 Installed Inverter, checked systems and reported all working. CC paided 955.10 10/17 I came home and reported the washing machine & fire place not receiving electricity. Told to find "GFI" and reset. 10/17 I called, unable to locate GFI 10/18 I located it using the manual. Reported // No change and was told they would call back. 10/22 Still no response from A to Z. leaving in the am and will have their error fixed in Topeka. I truly believe A to Z put off repairing my motorhome because I was vacationing. Because of their delay the refrigerator stopped working. Not only did I lose food 4 bottles of Insulin were also ruined.

Ms. Reynolds-- We did receive your call on 10/1 (Sunday), and returned your call several times that day trying to reach you. No mention of a fridge full of food or insulin, and we were instructed by you via voicemail to deal with the park, as they had the keys. Contacted the park right away, discussed timeline and coordinated with them on repairs. We came out on appointment day, diagnosed and repaired the issue (failed transfer switch- not the inverter. Verified power restored to the RV, and checked out with the park. When we arrived, the fridge was empty and cleaned out, and no mention was made of lost food, insulin, or issues with the timeline of repair. The issues you are currently having with the washer/dryer and fireplace were unrelated to the repairs requested, and we made multiple attempts to help you over the phone, as it sounded like a GFCI or circuit breaker issue. All that being said, we wish you the best, and hope that you get your issues resolved. If we can help in any way, don't hesitate to give us a call!

Unfortunately, my high hope for using A-Z to assist with a remote purchase of an RV turned out to be a bad choice. I was encouraged by all the positive reviews, but they fell flat to my expectations... I live in Alaska and needed to buy an RV for my parents to drive up. I dealt with Brad. He gave my a virtual tour of an RV, claimed he disclosed all issues, and under those assurances, I purchased the RV. When I came to pick it up 2 months later, Brad was sick. Unfortunately, he procrastinated getting it cleaned and due to his absence, it was left filthy. There were stains everywhere, appliances were dirty, the walls were sticky, and dirt was layered on all surfaces. Other items I discovered that weren't disclosed were a cracked windshield, two failing batteries, a broken convertor, and other small items. Due to Brad's absence on the day of pick-up, I was told I needed to reach him later to figure out how to resolve these issues. I was flying back to Alaska out of KCI that day, so we had to take the RV with us. After reaching Brad that week, he said he would work to make things right. His attempts were unproductive and consisted of him trying to get compensation from the prior owner (although these items were undisclosed and the fault of A-Z for leading me to believe they weren't an issue). Of course, the prior owner had no liability at that point. I was told to submit estimates for repair, and after they were submitted, they were left unaddressed. After three months of short or non existent responses to inquiries/ updates on resolving the issues, I decided to request a credit from my credit card company. Apparently you can't dispute a charge if you have possession of the RV, so that failed. My next option was small claims court, but because I have to be in person, flying from Alaska would prove to not be cost effective. This left me stuck with submitting this accurate review and an upcoming BBB complaint because to this day, the major issues with the RV that I was made to believe did not exist... have not been resolved. I was lied to and A-Z refuses to take accountability for the omission of information that led to my uninformed purchase.

I mean, they probably have what you need on hand, but you'll pay for it. If I had time, I could have had my part in a few days from Amazon for 19 bucks. It was 70 bucks from A - Z. That convenience fee I suppose.

Bear in mind that a lot of the $19 parts on Amazon are overseas knock-offs, and we only carry factory original parts. We appreciate your business!
