Returned for a second time of needing body work, based on great experience with the first collision repair. Personal interactions always positive and upbeat. VERY helpful with interactions with the insurance company too!

Super friendly staff!!after multiple shops told me they couldn't get me in for at least 6 weeks even after I explained I had a trip coming up across country! I called here and they said no problem we will get it fixed before your trip and tow your car for free since it's not drivable. Brought my car in and they got right on it and fixed all the damages in a week and a half weeks before my big trip! I highly recommend this place my car looks just as good as the day I bought it and bonuses they washed my car!

They did a great job with repairs and got my car back to me quickly! They kept me updated and were friendly as well.

Dave and the staff at this facility are awesome! I brought in a bumper to be prepped and paint matched to a vehicle. They gave me a fair estimate, and the process from start to finish was smooth. Really happy with the quality of work, the turn around was quick as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. They even cleaned out the inside of my car. That was a job in itself. The car looks awesome and they finished a week early. Highly recommend.

I had to bring my car in after it got severely vandalized. Collision Leaders made it so easy to get the estimate and bill to insurance. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and were always available when I had questions. My car now looks absolutely beautiful, and I'm so grateful to the staff.

2.5 stars. Not the most consistent communication from the employees, and my estimated date ended up being wrong and I didn't receive my car until after my rental car was due (was being paid by insurance). Ended up telling them return my car to me without it being cleaned because I needed to get to work the next day. All in all it took almost a full month to get my car back. But the work they did was good and my car is fixed! Just wish I got more updates as they were working. I understand supply chain and employee illness were probably factors in all this too.

Steve’s is definitely the best place to take your car for any body work you need done. My car literally looks better than it did before I was hit. I was rear-ended and they were able to give me an estimate the next day while other places told me they wouldn’t even give me an estimate for three weeks. As soon as insurance and all that was taken care of I had my car back way earlier than I thought I would and the entire inside had been vacuumed out and cleaned. (I even had stuff left in there from move in, and it was all organized). The whole staff is super helpful and friendly. It was a great experience, especially since I’m from out of state and didn’t have my parents here. I couldn’t recommend Steve’s more.
