Very honest to the point that when one of my parts was getting a little worn, they didn't push me to replace it, and even suggested I wait until my next oil change because it would definitely last until then. An oil change and general maintenance check cost me $75, will definitely be taking my vehicle here exclusively from now on.

Made a mistake and went to Myers (Derby) first, and they said I needed a bunch of work done on the car before they would do the alignment. So I took it to Shelton for a second opinion, and they had no problems with the alignment, and they got it done without any concerns about the car having issues. Thank you, Shelton Automotive

We went here to get my tint done. We told the guy specifically that we don’t have an extra key to my Nissian and that we just wanted him to leave the key in the trunk unlocked due to us being out town. (We already paid him) When we came to pick up the car every door was locked with the keys inside. We messaged him and he told us that he was sorry and didn’t have anything/kits to help us out and to call a locksmith. Wasn’t helpful when It came to a problem they caused. We had to call a locksmith and pay them with our own money. Tint looks good but was very unhelpful when it came to the key situation.

Trinity I am sorry you had this issue. The window tinting isn't affiliated with us other than he rents space from us. Shelton Automotive had nothing to do with this issue other than it's where you dropped the car off for the tint. If I can help in any way please let me know. But your complaint should be with him directly. With respect, Brad Shelton
