Mallory did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything from the claim to the repair was smooth and easy. I would recommend anyone to go work with Mallory at carstar.

My car was scheduled on a Tues morning with a finish date of Fri, I told them I must have this car back on Fri because I don’t want to have the rental over the weekend and I don’t want to pay for weekend use! They kept me informed every step of the way and had my car ready to go Fri morning! I highly recommend this Car Star and staff! My car looks great and I’m very pleased.

Probably the best collision repair service I have ever experienced. Their appointment and intake process was very simple. They worked directly with the insurance for sending estimates and updating estimates. They sent me constant status updates via text messages after my car was turned in for repair. The car was ready right on time, on the the promised date.
