Good guys did help me out a lot
Wonderful company. Provided service above and beyond. Will absolutely use them again.
My daughter's car was stolen and when law enforcement finally notified us there was a $450.00 storage fee on top of the $140.00 tow fee. The gentleman was very rude to us I'm guessing because I refused to pay the storage fee that the city had already said that we were not responsible for due to them not notifying us on the day the car was recovered. I called around and the other companies do NOT charge a fee for the victim of a stolen vehicle. I find it disgusting that they charged a young single mother this fee when she is the victim in this situation. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I guarantee myself and my family and friends will not be using your services and I suggest others to not either. The situation was made worse by the rudeness of the man who "helped" us. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!

May 25, 2023My name is Clint and I’m the owner. Im not sure who you talked to or what exactly was said being I’m just now seeing this. The PD notified me earlier this week that they never told you that your car was recovered. During that conversation I told them I wouldn’t charge you for storage. You were notified of that right away. As for the rudeness, i will be looking into that first thing in the morning and I apologize for any mistreatment. If you have time and could reach out to me I’d like to talk to you more about you experience.

Great service, Great Company, Great People, Reasonable Prices. They found time out of their busy scheduel to fit me in, and got me rolling when i was going to get stuck for 6 days.
Professional, efficient, and friendly. Reasonable rates. Took care of us on a Sunday on the turnpike. Highly recommend.
I am truly impressed with the professionalism and honesty their prices are literally half of what their competitors are. Really a great bunch of guys. Hopefully I never break down again, but if I do..I'll definitely call them first
