My car looks great. They were able to get it in and do repairs in less time than anticipated.

This was a very bad experience. When I was preparing to repair my vehicle, manager Michael told me it would take me a month to repair it, but it took me more than two months to get my car, and it did not return to its original state. I lost confidence in them and I don't think I will come back. Caitlyn is a responsible receptionist, which is the only reason I give an extra star———Three days later, today, Caitlyn contacted me and told me that the missing parts on the vehicle could be installed for me today. I went there and the workers worked very hard. I think I should give him two more stars.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and easy. They went above and beyond from getting me set up with a car rental to communication and they did an amazing job fixing my car. I can’t recommend Carstar enough!

I went here for an estimate as they are a preferred center for State Farm. Michael (manager) was super nice, but I had to constantly follow up to get any update at all. They provided me a preliminary estimate in about an hour after I took my vehicle in (because I followed up to ask why I hadn't received it). I then told him I wanted to go ahead and submit it as a settlement claim with State Farm due to currently delays everyone is facing from part shortages and whatnot, and try to figure out repairs on my own. He told me he'd have everything sent to State Farm in 24-48 hours because his "system was updating" and contact me when finished. 5 days later I followed up since I hadn't heard anything and State Farm hadn't received anything. He advised he basically forgot about me and hadn't touched it. My insurance agent had to finally call him to get anything from them. He submitted an estimate to State Farm, but it was the wrong paperwork or something in their system and State Farm directed me back to CarStar because they didn't get what was requested. CarStar advised they would "work on fixing it". Now we're two weeks from when I took my car in to be inspected, I've followed up with CarStar I think 7-8 times and all I can get is "I'm working on it". State Farm is still waiting on CarStar to submit anything properly. I realize CarStar doesn't care about my vehicle because they won't be the one's who get paid, but this is pretty bad. After reading through their other reviews, looks like this is a common trend. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, nor take my vehicle back to them.
