I want to preface this review by saying WOW! In a world where customer service is stated to be a priority and is demonstrated it is not, Affordable street rods is a cut against the grain. They were FANTASTIC. I dealt with a gentleman named Travis (I'm bad with names but I believe this accurate) all 4 times I called getting my order squared away (try doing that with a big box retailer) Affordable street rods was the only retailer to have the part (hdx-88c-pu-k) I was searching for IN STOCK (I inquired with 17 retailers before stumbling upon them) My experience was a breath of fresh air. Upon originally calling Travis, I inquired about the part they showed in stock (I was hesitant knowing that everyone was showing them but truly they were 20-24 week orders that they placed for me) they had it in stock (I learned they keep a fairly accurate live inventory). I didn't originally want the black face, I was set on the silver. Travis personally called to ask dakota digital when their order for one was coming and offered for me to buy the one they had on the way (under one week lead time since they had one coming in) so I decided to hold it. After going back and fourth on colors all night, mocking up printed photos in the truck and inquirng with people around me I decided the black was a better route... I was able to call Travis back, explain my situation and without hesitation or any further effort on my end, he altered my order and shipped that cluster to me same day. The packaged arrived at my door 3 days later. Needless to say I will be giving my business to Affordable Street Rods in the future and I would suggest them to anyone! Thank you ASR team this experience was a pleasure.
