Absolutely the worst!!! I came in to have a tire repaired. I'm from out of town but my daughter needed the help. They told me it was going to be 3 hours which was fine knowing that they were a bit busy and that they would call when it was done. So I walked around and then sat in my car waiting for the call 3 hours goes by and I still don't have a call so I go in and to find out it had been done for the last 2 hours. The gentleman proceeded to laugh in my face as he thought that it was so hilarious. When I told him that it wasn't funny He proceeded to laugh in my face again. He is very lucky that I didn't reach over the counter...
Wow fast service check in and even faster service getting My truck fixed needed a new battery and oil change did Great Thanks 👍
My elderly mother took her car in for a oil change .they used the oil she had in the trunk plus charged her for their Walmart brand oil .the car was half full of oil when I checked it .got oil all over the engine. When I called back clearly upset the manager said sorry I see we over charged her 15.00 .clearly you did. 49.00 for a basic oil change used her own oil plus sent home a half used quart of super tech oil. With oil not even halfway up the dipstick. Been a couple weeks and the car still smells like burnt oil from being all over the engine .shameful you can keep the 15.00 we will do our business elsewhere.
