I have been taking my truck in to Steve and Son's since it was just a young pup with a 20k miles on it. I am now at 225k miles and I don't trust anyone else to work on my truck. They are always fast and friendly and do excellent work with out trying to upsell unnecessary services. Honest, trustworthy and excellent!
Friendly and quick
I’ve always been extremely happy with this business until this last time that my family dealt with them. Sadly, my sister had my nephew take his Toyota Highlander in to have the brakes and tires checked before he moved to Denver where I live. He was told that it needed an alignment, shocks, struts, and a new set of tires. We decided against any repairs because he isn’t going to keep this vehicle and none of these items needed done to make the trip. My sister was charged $94 and some change for the estimate for these repairs. I’ve never heard of any business charging for estimates. Small businesses wonder why bigger companies are putting them out of business, but then they do things like this. My family has spent thousands of dollars at this business up until now. My dad and the company he worked for until he died did a lot of business together. I just find it sad that a small business would charge for an estimate that was done at their leisure since the vehicle was dropped off.

May 25, 2023Hey Jarrod it's Travis Steve's son when Dakota came in we were told to check out his car before he left for Colorado so we looked the car all over to make sure it was safe. We only charged him for a brake inspection $45 and suspension/tire inspection $45 which is a total of $96.75 with tax we would never charge anyone for an estimate only. We do have to charge for our time to inspect a vehicle. Sorry for any misunderstanding we have always tried to take care of our customers and be fare. Your family has always been valued customers for years hopefully we can resolve this. Thank you and God bless.
We picked up a huge nail in our tire and it was hissing. They worked us in and fixed us up in 30 min. They offered to replace the worn out rear tires. Very reasonable, helpful and accommodating.
Stopped in here when I had tire issues on a cross-country trip. The staff was friendly and got me back on the road. Thanks!
