Not impressed. They did some minor body work on a new car I had just purchased. They must have left a window down because I had dust on the interior of my new vehicle that had less than 500 miles on it.

Very poor experience with this place and would not recommend. Did not feel taken care of and staff is not friendly.

I would give this company 0 stars but that’s not an option. I was in a wreck and most of the damage was cosmetic. When they called me to tell me the estimate it was only the estimate of the cosmetic damage. When I asked if the axel had been looked at (as my alignment is completely off and my rear tire is bent in) the person (Mark) stated “oh I didn’t even know there was something wrong with it” which lets me know the car wasn’t driven/wasn’t even put up on a lift to look underneath the car. Mark then proceeds to call me back 10 minutes later and say “yeah you’re right the axel is definitely bent.” Absolutely disappointed and completely unprofessional. Also, the staff is LESS than friendly. I also called Northtowne Hyundai where I got my car to let them know they shouldn’t recommend their customers go there anymore! Needless to say I’m taking my car to another collision center as I would NEVER trust them with my car.
