Sean and the guys over there did an amazing job and work for us. Brought my Alpha Romero into the shop boy, and even though parts were scarce and very rare for the type of car. They handled us and our situation with great care and my car with absolute respect and craftsmanship. They did an amazing job I could not ask for a better group of talented people to handle our Italian baby.

My experience with Eveland Bros. Collision Repair has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. I took my car to them as a recommendation from Aristocrat where I purchased my car originally. I had a tire blow out that caused significant damage to the rear of the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off on May 24, 2023 I received the estimate on May 29, 2023 and submitted to insurance. The claim was approved and payment was issued on June 15, 2023. I called on July 10th, 2023 to check the status of my vehicle as my rental car service was going to run out on the 12th of July. I was told then nothing had been done with my vehicle and they were still "working with insurance" I informed John that I have an email conformation of the approval and payment issued. after looking into emails further John had found that he missed the email that was sent just over 3 weeks prior. Thus, delaying ordering the parts needed for the vehicle repairs. He said at that he would get the process of ordering parts started right away. I asked when an estimate time of completion would be and was told the end of August. I asked about a loaner vehicle since I would be without a vehicle for over a month at that point and was told sorry not an option. I received no updates of the next 6 weeks and when I called at the end of August to check on the status of my vehicle, I was informed again that repairs had not been started and the vehicle would be another month out and I would have it by the end of September. The end of September comes and I still have not heard any updates, I am assuming no news is good news and when I call, I will be able to pick my car up. I couldn't have been more wrong. My vehicle still hadn't had any repairs started, but they did have the parts and they would begin working on it. I placed a call with John again the beginning of October to check the status of repairs and was told they didn't have the staff available, and my car was continuing to be delayed but I had a completion date of October 19th. John mentioned that date probably wouldn't happen but that he would call me on the 19th with an update. I confirmed twice on the phone that he would call me on October 19th with an update on my vehicle status. I received no phone call or any updates on my vehicle. A month later on November 20, 2023 I received a call that my vehicle would be done for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, another broken promise as I was able to finally pick my car up a little over a month later December 28th, 2023. I can understand some delays in parts arriving and though unprofessional and not responsible even the oversight of the email delaying the process 3 weeks. To take 7 months for repairs on a vehicle and offer no resolution with a loaner or any other compensation is embarrassing and has left me with the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I would recommend anyone considering Eveland Bros. Collision Repair to RUN not walk to the next Vehicle Repair shop as I can't imagine any business being any worse.

Brand new Mercedes with less than 700 miles and we accidentally drove over white street line paint. Derail shop at MB wouldn't even attempt, but Eveland was able to work the paint off without sanding and repainting. We were kept informed on progress and Sean R was exceptional.

They were courteous from the moment I contacted them about getting my 2021 F-150 in for body work. The work they did was amazing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop. They will not disappoint!!
