Honestly, not even sure why I chose to use this shop a second time. Had a HORRIBLE experience the first time. But just imagine taking time out of your day to be on time for an APPOINTMENT only to be told the estimate will be emailed. Betty honestly has lost my business for life. I’ll never return or recommend this shop to anyone. I also emailed Jared the “manager” and never got a response. If you don’t care about nothing being done on time or getting a quote 2/3 weeks after your appointment by all means. But definitely find another shop. I promise you won’t be happy with Crash Champions.

They had the car for three weeks to repair it, had it back for one night and the door stopped working. Took it back, they had it for three more days. Two days after we picked it up for the second time the door stopped working again. This will be the third time they’ve had it, and we have yet to see if the door will work. The work came in $500 over what were quoted as well.

Had a minor fender bender and Crash Champions took care of the issue in short time and very professionally. I would definitely recommend this place.
