My mother took her vehicle here because it was making noise on the ACCESSORY side of the engine. The previous week my brother and I had done our own diagnosis and found the sound stops when you remove the serpentine belt. She told this to the service desk, (which they ignored apparently), and then proceed to tell her its a "cracked or broken flex plate" and it will be a $2000 repair! The only problem is, the flex plate is on the opposite side of the engine and doesn't stop making noise when you remove the serpentine belt. I've read the reviews that seem to mostly mention how their diagnosis "is so thorough" and "they found issues i didn't even know were there". Well its clear to me either they are scamming people out of their money, or they have some of the most incompetent technicians doing diagnostics I've ever seen. 🤷♂️ Do yourselves a favor and get a second opinion before you waste your money.
