Called twice and they had to order it to come in, was never price quoted for it. Drove all the way there and he wasn't there. Two other guys put it on and instructed me to wait for him to return. Upon return I informed him my concern for the wear on the original tire, balding on the inside of the tire (this is my second tire same side) he stated: " I'd love to help you when you have more money." ( still not given a statement of work rendered or materials etc) then he informed me I was to pay 222.70 for one tire. One tire. No balance, not even a glance to ensure the vehicle was even safe to drive if the tire was off or mechanical difficulties. Nothing. 200$ for one tire? Keeping 3 off brand tires on with a fair amount of wear on them? Why would anyone want one perfect top of the line tire on their vehicle? He didn't even check my other tires for anything, psi... not a dang thing.. and if he's assuming I'm unable to afford a diagnostic checkup then What makes him think I can afford a single new 200$ tire? ::: I could and did pay for the tire, but the assumption was unprofessional and disappointing.. so much for safety and small town hospitality.
Had my tires rotated on car great job I asked him to hand torque the wheel nuts to what I wanted he did that. The cost to get them done was better than I thought.
