Had a bad experience with 14" trailer tires at at a big box store. Came in told them my problem. They fixed the issue and had me back on the road in no time!

Tim and his crew are the best team of mechanics in town. They had the brakes and ac fixed on my car and did a fantastic job. They had it done a lot quicker than I expected. The customer service they provide is outstanding. Tim even went to my house (not far from shop) to check a minor issue on my car. He was informative and caring! He cares about his customers and it shows.

They were awesome. Got our activity bus in and out with new front driver tires in a matter of a couple of hours.

Hands down the nicest group of people around. They took good care of us and got us back on the road. Really enjoyed visiting with the owner while we waited.

Made a U-HAUL reservation for a truck at another location, and due to no fault of theirs, the truck was delivered here, and was rented out. The lady who helped us out was really upset, and said if she had know of my reservation , she'd never let the truck get rented to someone else. The people at this place was EXTREMELY NICE AND VERY HONEST, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND SINCERE. THIS IS DEFINITELY A PLACE TO SO BUSINESS WITH.

We were visiting Dodge City. A couple days after getting there our truck broke down. Our roadside service had us towed to OK tire. They were so helpful. They scanned and found out what was wrong. They gave us a ride to our RV. They had to order the part the next morning. When the part came in the following day, it was the wrong part. They ordered the part again and it was going to be another day to get there. The general manager Tim, sent one of his guys to pick us up and take us out to the airport so we could rent a car. The part didn’t get in the next day until just before closing. The following morning we stopped by at 9:30 am and they had the truck done and were taking it for a test drive. We paid and were able to take the rental car back early. These guys were so helpful and worked hard to get us going so we could get on the road again in our planned time. Highly recommend them!
