My husband's truck was involved in a hit and run and we took it to Shelton Collision Repair, they got us in quickly and finished the repair ahead of schedule. Their customer service was amazing and they kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. His truck looks brand new after the repair and we couldn't be happier!! Shelton is the best body shop around. Customer service is top notch. We moved to Wichita but will always make the drive to Derby for Shelton to take care of all of our cars after collisions.

It's never a good day when you're involved in a car wreck that results in extensive damage (especially to a brand-new car). I was not looking forward to the hassle that comes with being in a wreck. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and pain-free the entire process with Shelton was. Shelton was able to get my car in for a quote in less than 24 hours. While I had to wait a couple weeks before they could actually do the repairs, they kept me well-informed throughout the process and had my car back to me on the day they committed. It was especially convenient that Shelton is a pre-approved vendor with my insurance company and all that back-and-forth was handled without my involvement. While I'm not planning to hurry back anytime soon, I know who to call should I ever find myself in need of any collision repair.
