Fixed my car and did a good job would recommend

Diagnosed the problem offered 2 solutions found a fair price and repaired the part. CARSTAR Roe Body Shop has always been my first call. They’ve never disappointed me. Been using the shop since the early 1980’s.

My daughter had a cracked glass above her windshield. They were so fast with ordering the glass and getting it installed. They even went above and beyond to make sure it would not get rain inside until it was fixed and covered it for her. I definitely recommend this body shop. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter.

Great service! I’ve used the Carstar on Roe a couple of times, and recommended them to others. We have all had good experiences. Wyatt and the crew are attentive and their work is quality. The most recent visit was for a broken window from a car break in. I got quotes over the phone from a few shops (both chain and local). They were all about 2x the price and couldn’t do the work for a couple of days. Carstar had the part ordered, delivered, and put in the same day. I know that it takes all body/mechanic shops time with parts and labor shortages. But, I feel like the Carstar on Roe is fair, does good quality work, and I wanted to share a positive experience

My car got hit by someone on a Bird Scooter and they ran. I saw the high reviews for Roe Body Shop and thought I'd get my car fixed there. I walked in and Yousef A. offered me a seat at his desk immediately upon walking in. He clearly showed sympathy for my situation and made me feel very welcome there. After the estimate, I dropped my car off soon thereafter. Within 48 hours I got a call back from Yussef saying my car was ready. After he heard I was paying out of pocket for the rental and $1000 for the repairs, he expedited it. This ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. The work itself was also flawless. After a full self-inspection, there wasn't one thing I could find wrong with it. Panel gaps were perfect, and the paint work was smooth. It looks exactly like it did when I bought it brand new. Thank you, Yousef, for the excellent customer service, and thank you to the workers out back, who delivered a perfect car back to me.

Excellent body shop. They were recommended by our insurance but we asked around in several other places first and they were the best among them all. Very organized and communicating all the steps with us through the repair process. They are also very flexible

These folks are great. They took Wonderful care of me from the time I showed up for an estimate to the time I picked up my car when the repairs were completed. They did a fantastic job of fixing all of the damage to my car after the wreck. I cannot tell it was ever damaged. I recommend Roe Carstar to anyone who wants great customer service and fantastic restoration of your damaged car.
