Just checking on the status of the repair on our car. They were very professional
Very professional, great communication throughout the process of repair until getting my vehicle back. The only place I will go if needed again.
The customer service was great. They dtayef on top of updates. All parts should have been ordered from the start to reduce the length of time. They had the car, though.
All around satisfying experience. Employees are very professional. I would recommend this shop to everyone.
Maybe I’m being too picky but every panel that was supposed to be replaced is still damaged. It took longer than three weeks to do repairs so plan to have another vehicle for a long while. The last scratch has been on my vehicle for three years. Although Briggs charged me to replace this panel, it is clear to me that the panel was never replaced. At Briggs, you are not the customer, your insurance company is.

Aug 24, 2023Tracy, I understand your frustration, but those panels were replaced with new panels and no damage to them. There was no issue when you picked the vehicle up the first time. When you brought the vehicle back after having it for 2 month to install the parts that were on backorder, that damage was there upon drop off. If you have any questions please let us know.
**This business went after my job for posting this review.** They broke my windshield while trying to repair a dent on back of car. Briggs couldn't fix car correctly after 5 tries! They refused to speak to me about it after the review. Take your car somewhere else. Had issues with their "repairs" for over a year and had to take it to a competent body shop for proper fix.
Super friendly staff
Great experience and my truck came out looking better than ever when I needed a repair on my door from some parking lot dings. Front office staff is very professional and helpful when I called in with some questions about scheduling and how long it would take.
