My Impala had suspension an axle problems he got it done quick an didn't charge me extra when I couldn't pick it up for about 4 days good mechanic will be going back
This place is a pretty good place. They did some work on my car recently I didn't get the chance to meet the guys that did the work on my car but I want to say they did excellent work on my car . It feels almost brand new . And it didn't take much time at all. I would definitely use them Again if needed. Thank you guys for your service out in DeSoto !!

I wish I could give zero stars. Not sure how this place has a single good review. They are beyond disrespectful and unbelievably slow. They held our car for months before finally looking at it. They seemed so put out anytime we called for updates and screamed at us upon pickup of the car that they never actually fixed. Do not waste your time with this place.

Oct 24, 2023I believe to be fair, you should tell the whole story when it comes to this situation. You purchased an engine on your own and either you or someone else installed the engine. Nothing was done here. The engine then overheated. You brought it to us for warranty work, on an engine that we did not sell or install. The engine was also disassembled when it got here, (oil pan loose) but you wanted us to just look at it and be able to tell you what was wrong with it, even though it was in a non-running condition. We told you on numerous occasions that since we didn’t sell you the engine that you’d be responsible to working with the company that did and then we could proceed with what they wanted us to do. You didn’t want us to put the engine together to start it and you made it clear that once we figured out what was wrong with it, you had no intention of having us do the repair work. Furthermore, at no point when you picked it up we’re you “screamed” at and it was you who usually initiated the hostile conversations that we had.
I cannot give a review on their ability to do repair work because after having our vehicle for 6 months NO repair was done. We were charged $110.00 and told what was wrong (a simple repair) John was rude and so put out every time we called we were told they would look at it the next week. After 6 months of this we had it towed out of there with no repair.

Trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. Well, this place is always busy; and that is because they are honest and trustworthy.
