Highly recommend! Worked with Wayne and he did an awesome job! He was very communicative during the whole process and made the experience as seamless as possible. Car looks brand new!!

I saw good google reviews so I wished to have my car body work done here. Called and talked couple of times to customer service lady. She told me my insurance is not in contract with Hendrick so have to get an estimate. Then I called my insurance and insurance told me this is not how this works (which is also my understanding from previous body shop works). So I let my insurance and Hendrick talk. My insurance found they are still requiring estimate (?) and earliest car drop off date is 1 months away. I mean I did car repair at reputable body shops before but never heard such strange things that a 3rd party other than the body repair shop will estimate how much will be the cost. What is the function of a body shop then? Take a 3rd party estimate then repair on basis of that, why can not they do the estimate being the expert and having the knowledge already???? Its funny, imagine you go to Walmart and want to buy cookies but Walmart tells you they cannot sell it until you go to another store to find the price. Hendrick probably does not need business with customers whose insurance is not in contract with them. I felt like Hendrick playing ping-pong with me. They could simply say they dont need customers from non-contract insurances. This is first and last time I called Hendrick. It is said morning shows the day. Bad customer service - no business .. period.

Got into a hit and run the day before I was supposed to leave to go back to Omaha. My fender was hanging quite loosely on the driver side and after going to another body shop where they said there was nothing they could do to temporarily secure it until I got back and I should look into getting a rental car, I decided to get a second opinion with Hendrick collision center and Tim, bless his heart, helped me duct tape the heck out of it and popped in a few Christmas trees to try and keep it in place for my drive. So far it’s held up and almost looks okay even! Thank you so much for helping me out!!
