Took a month after parts arrived and cost $700 in car rental.

After an insurance nightmare at a different shop (they gave me an estimate that was far over total value for my repairs), I finally took my vehicle to Merriam Body Shop for a second estimate. They took care of me and got my estimate approved through State Farm right away. The work included getting a new door and a blended paint job for my Lexus. They took great care of my vehicle! The paint job looked nice and the car was cleaner inside and out when I got it back than it was when I dropped it off. I'm putting 4 stars only because it took about a month to get it back and sometimes it was hard to get in touch. They were very busy at the time I brought it in. They were really nice people and I recommend!

I chose to give Merriam Body Shop a chance to earn my business because they are a sponsor on a podcast I listen to. I called on a Monday to make an appointment for an estimate. They called back on Tuesday or Wednesday. I went in for an estimate on Thursday and they said it would take 48 hours to get it to me. I still hadn’t heard from them 7 days later. I called to get an update and once again, had to leave message. At this point it’s been longer than a week and I never heard back. I’m in a line of work that deals with crashed vehicles on a daily basis and am frequently asked for recommendations. I doubt I will be recommending Merriam Body Shop again.

My 2018 Ram was involved in a collision with quite a bit of damage on the front of the truck and all along the side including the wheel & tire. My truck also went up on the median curb possibly damaging the front end suspension parts. The amount of damage made me feel sick; truck had to be towed. Merriam Body Shop worked with my insurance and restored my truck to show room condition. The steering and front end suspension is perfect as well. Very satisfied. I chose Merriam Body Shop because I had used them years ago for another vehicle and they did a great job with that one as well. Very friendly and excellent communication along the entire way of getting my truck repaired. It was a big job to tackle in getting my truck repaired that Merriam Body Shop was able to handle. They also cleaned & detailed the truck as a courtesy to put the cherry on top. I highly recommend them for collision repair!

Justen, the GM was very polite, professional and honest. They did great, quality work for a reasonable price! I was in and out quickly and didn’t have to deal with the hassle and long wait times like at a corporate collision center. I’m keeping his card and will definitely be back!

Great customer experience. Went in thinking I was gonna drop 600$ on a new paint job from a minor accident. Justin spent 10 minutes buffing it out . Looks factory new. Sent me on my way free of charge. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here for repair if needed. Great people. Couldn't be happier.

I can't recommend this business more whole-heartedly! I had a 10 ft 2 x 6 fall on my hood! I thought for sure I would have to replace it. Justen fixed my hood and several door dings and other "oops" I had. MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW! The work they do is nothing short of magic! I actually cried when I saw my car I was so happy! MAGIC I TELL YOU!
