Very knowledgeable. They were booked up and could not come out to diagnose our Dometic AC issue. Thermostat was dead, no power. I had just installed a Soft Start RV on the Zone 1 AZ unit on the roof. Kenny suggested I go check for the power wire going to that board to ensure we have 12 V at the control board. When I opened everything back up I saw the 12 V wire had come unclipped and was dangling below the control board. This was a bit away from what I had been working on so this must have just jiggled loose over time and my moving wires finally caused it to disconnect. Glad we found this before it got too hot outside or we were somewhere that we couldn't diagnose it quickly! Really appreciate the over-the-phone guidance on where to look and get it fixed. Both me and my wife are "happy campers" now that we are cool again with our working AC.

0/5 ranking. These guys came to replace and fix our hot water heater. They didn't hook it up right so after they left it did not work. He then refused to come back out here until a WEEK later, which our hot water heater did not work. Left tools at the job site, didn't respond to calls, wouldn't give us the correct invoice and when they finally came back out, they still didn't hook it up right since it wouldn't work. They never checked the wires so it was never connected correctly. Do not recommend! They won't answer your messages especially if they know they are in the wrong!
