My nephew had a Jasper motor put in his work van by the mechanics and has had nothing but trouble since he brought it home to Texas. He has been given the run around every time he calls them. They tell him to work on it himself which will void the warranty if he does. They will not return his phone calls. He thought it was fixed and drove it over 2 hours and he broke down when it over heated. He had to pay over $600 to have it towed home. They are gonna be liable for for all his money lost.

We do offer a warranty on all of our parts and we prioritize all of our customers safety - including your nephew. However, with the vehicle being in Texas and our location being in Kansas, we are unable to work on the vehicle from here. If you would like to have the vehicle towed to our shop, you are welcome to do that and we will perform the warranty work necessary. However, we cannot retrieve the vehicle from you in a different state. We hope that you understand. An alternative solution would be to contact Jasper directly to see if they can honor your warranty at a location of their choice. Best of luck to you and your nephew, Dawn.

I had a very rough idle on my vehicle with starting issues. The staff did not call me to approve work being done, and even locked the provided key in the vehicle and I had to go unlock it for them. They returned the vehicle to me without fixing the misfire and rough idle, told me that they lit my engine bay on fire, gave me a few options for what the issue COULD be, and proceeded to charge me $200 for a faulty prognosis. would not recommend.
When I need to have something fixed I go to Expert locally owned. Have been going for different needs for 15+years. Thanks Tim and Dan.

One of the best repair shops I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Dan is the man! Our business does ALOT of deliveries, and that means we need a lot of work done. They are our go to place if we have a issues with our delivery trucks. Great mechanics and friendly personalities. Could not recommend these guys enough. If you decide to go with these guys, just know they are hassle free, and will give you quality work for a great cost!
