I had four tires replaced, all four rotors replaced, the rear brake pads replaced, and a the front end aligned. The work was done in barely 24 hours, and priced according to the estimate I had received and approved. Those are good things! When I picked the car up, the low fuel light was on and the windshield was filthy. Those are irritating things. When paying for "service", no one wants to get the impression that it ends at the garage door!! Seriously, after I just laid over $1000 on my plastic, were they somehow concerned that I would be upset about paying another $50 for a full tank? I put the fuel in myself, washed the windshield and drove approximately four blocks to the grocery store. As I reversed out of my parking spot there, one corner of the car was making a squealing and grinding noise indicating metal-on-metal friction. Besides being alarming, that sound wasn't even audible when I took it to the shop! That is a very, very bad thing. I returned to the shop immediately. The problem was identified and corrected in about a half hour, and there was no additional charge. While those are good things, they should have been unnecessary things altogether.
Excellent, friendly & efficient service!
Strongly advise this shop! Requested service and their mechanics arrived in 45 mins with all the parts, tire, rim and replaced quickly!!! Thank you for your business!!!
I had a tune up and oil change done here and was very satisfied. However when my check engine light came on the service was not as good. I was told it was gas cap first diagnostic. It came back on. I have had hose clamps replaced on fourth trip in 3 months and a week later the light came back on. I won't be taking it backand paying for anymore non repair of the problem
