We were also stranded in Oakley at 10 pm at night. Chase came right away. He was able to quickly identify the issue. He followed us as we drove slowly to a hotel. He found needed parts by 8:00 am the next day and had us on the road by 9:00 am. We are really glad that we had Chase available to help us.
