Had two cars go through Koehns now, my own and a friends. Service has been below average in both experiences. On my own car they went beyond time and cost estimates (typical for collision work) but used many cheaper, aftermarket parts when I was quoted for all oem. When I got the car back, the paint match wasn't great, parts and hardware was missing, and some parts (fog light) were incorrectly installed. Owner offered to fix these issues but by this point I decided I'd just fix them myself. Second experience was much worse. Rear glass install, and when they installed it they scratched and chipped paint along the lower part of the body. When it was pointed out, the owner of the body shop became angry and began screaming and insulting the owner and the vehicle work was being performed on. Said we should "take him to court" and it was "impossible" his techs could have scratched the paint. Disappointing and sad.
