ICS gave me a lowball quote, that they didn’t tell me until AFTER the repair that it didn’t include the mechanical damage repair, only the body work, resulting in my daughter having to drive the car home with significant mechanical damage, placing her in danger. When I complained the “owner” threatened to call the police on me for not leaving the instant she requested as I was upset about their deceitful business practices and endangering my daughter.
