Didn't go because I called first and the lady sounded irritated that someone called and was short with me. Hey anyone can have a bad day I just didn't want to be apart of it

If I could give negative stars I would. Timing chain job lasted 3800 miles and needed redone. Left two intake bolts loose. Put directional tires on wrong side so they were backwards

Doug, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the service you received at Neptune Auto. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since we were not able to diagnose the problem due to you taking the car to another shop, rather towing to us, we contacted that shop. They informed us after talking to them 3 different times that your current issues are not related to any service we provided, that faulty parts are more than likely the issue. A warranty claim can be made to the parts vendor and we or your current shop can assist you with that. Please contact us in order to resolve this situation.

Went to get an estimate and they tried to charge me double for what normal shops cost for estimates. They also wouldn't let me provide my own part and said that a 3 hour job would take more than a day

Peyton, after reviewing your complaint with the team, we determined that you were not charged for any service. Our policy is that we do not allow customers to bring their own parts due to issues with warranty if the parts are bad. If a 3 hour job was required, we would never charge you for an entire day but due to being extremely busy, we may need to keep your car for the day in order to complete the service. In terms of our pricing, costs continue to climb and small businesses are particularly affected. We try to keep our costs as reasonable as possible for the level of service that we provide and in order to employ the most qualified staff. We are sorry you were unhappy and we hope that you were able to get your vehicle repaired for a price that was acceptable to you.

The whole team was awesome. I’d never used them before for anything and I’m really glad that I did. The receptionists are really friendly and knowledgeable and they also diagnosed some other issues with my vehicle as a courtesy with photos of each issue/abnormality and how to fix them. I will definitely be using them for all of my future maintenance and repairs.

We were on the road on a weekend trip when the dreaded low tire pressure light came on. We made it to Neptune and they quickly removed the nail in our tire and got us on the road again. Everyone was friendly and the desk staff welcomed my dog who happened to be traveling with us.
